A Big Party by the Sea | Bawley Point Wedding

If you've never been to Bawley Point on the NSW South Coast, add it to your list. It's one of those places that feels like everyone has collectively agreed to slow down for a while. Beautiful coastline, relaxed holiday vibes, and the perfect backdrop for a wedding that was less about tradition and more about bringing all their favourite people together.

These two had guests fly in from all over the world, and you could feel just how special that was. There was a real buzz all day knowing that so many people had travelled such a long way to celebrate them. It made every hug a little tighter, every speech a little louder, and the dance floor absolutely packed.

From the moment I arrived, it felt more like being welcomed into a group of old friends than turning up to photograph strangers. They're the kind of couple who make everyone feel comfortable, don't take themselves too seriously, and know how to throw one hell of a party.

One of the biggest compliments I can receive is when a couple asks me to travel for their wedding. They trusted me enough to bring me from Western Australia over to Bawley Point to capture their day, and that never feels normal to me. It's something I'm incredibly grateful for every single time.
